Technical knowledge and explanation excellent. Various methods for implicating the changes made during the session. As a fellow PGA professional Johns coaching methods and how he structures a lesson are both informative and inspirational.

John always builds on the positive making the improvements quicker. He takes the time to explain why he is making a change and the difference that you should expect making sure that you understand the effects the changes will have and then proves it with the data.
