Amazing lesson with Chris. I wanted to look more in depth into my iron swing. Mainly compression. I actually was hitting my irons well compared to other range sessions so Chris didnt want to change too much as my swing path was pretty much spot on which was good to know. We looked into specifically my hinging movements on the down swing. I think what Chris does so well is he doesnt over complicate your swing and allows you to essentially swing your swing, but he gave me them little pointers you need to just get you going in the right direction and bring your confidence up. By the end of the session I was consistently hitting my 7 iron more accurate with compression than I have ever done before. And I also now know them basic swing pointers I can use if I find myself losing confidence on the course.
