Teaching Philosophy
My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that lasting improvement comes from understanding how the body moves, not just from repeating swing tips. My background in movement gave me a deep appreciation for the body and swing, and that foundation shapes everything I do on the lesson tee. I don't believe in quick fixes. I believe in building real, sustainable change — the kind that holds up under pressure on the course. Every student I work with is different. Their bodies move differently, they learn differently, and they have different goals. My job is to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to go, using a coaching system refined through years of working alongside some of the best minds in the game. Whether I'm working with a junior trying to earn a college scholarship, a competitive amateur looking to lower their handicap, or a recreational player who simply wants to enjoy the game more — my approach is always personalized, evidence-based, and built for the long term. I use video analysis and biomechanical assessment to give students clear, objective feedback. I want every player to understand not just what to change, but why — because golfers who understand their swing are empowered to self-correct and continue improving between sessions. My goal is to make the complex simple, to communicate in ways that stick, and to help every golfer I work with build genuine confidence and lasting skill.
