Will Smittle is the Director of Junior Golf at Sleepy Hollow Country Club. He works with players of all levels, with a focus on putting coaching and long-term junior development.

Will blends technical knowledge with individualized coaching to help each player improve with purpose and build consistency over time.

He specializes in putting instruction, using technology, performance data, and structured practices to develop mechanics. He is Flatstick Level One Certified and has spent years learning from top coaches, including his father, Bill Smittle.

Will’s students have recorded over 100 tournament wins across local, regional, and national events. He continues to pursue professional development through ongoing education and advanced certifications, including Leadbetter, Scott Cowx, and TPI.
