About the coach

Golf - that’s my passion.

Driving a golf cart and fishing for yellow “Fitleist” balls with my ball rod: that was how I got into the sport. A long journey into the pinnacle of professional golf followed - youth training, talent factory IMG Academies, university and college golf at the University of Colorado, Pro Golf Tour, Challenge Tour, Asian Tour and eventually several years on the DP World Tour (formerly European Tour).

For more than 26 years, I have dedicated my life to golf. Whether it's gaining or sharing knowledge - the sport excites and inspires me! In October 2022, I ended my active playing career with a fifth place finish at the Portugal Masters 2022 and I have since dedicated myself to exchanging knowledge with my peers and transfering it into my students. I draw from my unique experience on a daily basis to develop players, regardless of age and skill level, long term. My personal ambition will drive you, my coaching will inspire you!

Whether golfing, climbing mountain peaks, skiing or stand-up paddling - outdoor sports are my passion. And if the weather doesn't play along, you will find me at quiz and game nights for a game of backgammon, chess or rummy.
