About the coach
Welcome to Skillest — the platform that hosts my coaching plans, which you can read about below.
At a minimum, I’m a PGA Qualified Golf Coach and a Stack & Tilt Network Instructor. Those qualifications provide a solid technical foundation for my work and ensure my coaching is grounded in sound, evidence-based principles.
But they’re not the whole story.
I have over 20 years of experience coaching across multiple sporting codes, working at a variety of levels and in several countries. Alongside coaching, I’ve competed in both team and individual sports, with exposure to international, national, collegiate, and club-level competition.
It’s these experiences outside of formal academic requirements, working in different environments, with different athletes, under different pressures, that have most strongly shaped (and continue to shape) how I coach.
They’ve taught me that meaningful improvement doesn’t come from information alone. It comes from clarity, consistency, and context, knowing what to work on, why it matters, and how it fits into the bigger picture over time.
That philosophy underpins everything I do here.
▶️ How I Coach
I work with golfers who want structure, direction, and continuity, rather than one-off lessons that are easy to forget once you leave the range.
Some golfers prefer to book individual in-person lessons, and that option is still available.
In-person (pay as you go) sessions are booked directly via ProAgenda , while Skillest is used for ongoing coaching plan support and online coaching.
However, most of the golfers I work with now choose a monthly coaching plan, as it allows me to support them more consistently and coach the whole process, not just the swing on the day.
My coaching combines:
➡️ In-person sessions
➡️ Online Feedback and communication
➡️ Clear practice priorities between sessions
Skillest is used as the main coaching hub, a place where feedback, practice plans, and ongoing support live between lessons.
The goal is simple: progress that doesn’t rely solely on the hour we’re together in person.

ℹ️ Monthly Coaching Plans
The coaching plans below are designed to reflect how golfers actually improve, through regular touch points, guided practice, and feedback over time.
They are not lesson bundles.
They are ongoing coaching relationships, structured around consistency and accountability.
🁏 🟧 Performance Coaching (Monthly) 🟧
This plan is designed for golfers who already train regularly and want a complete coaching relationship, not just individual lessons.
It’s best suited to golfers who:
✅ Train weekly or close to it
✅ Want priority access and ongoing support
✅ Are committed to long-term improvement and performance
Coaching is delivered through a flexible mix of in-person, online, and on-course sessions, depending on what will best support your development at each stage.
The focus of this plan is on:
1️⃣ Consistent progress over time
2️⃣ Clear structure between sessions
3️⃣ Regular feedback so issues are addressed early
4️⃣ Coaching decisions that support performance, not just technique
Skillest requires a set number of lesson credits to structure the plan. These reflect typical coaching usage, not a strict monthly entitlement. Coaching is adapted as needed to support long-term improvement rather than ticking off sessions.
🀺 🟨 Game Improvement Coaching (Monthly) 🟨
This plan is ideal for golfers who want clear structure and accountability, without committing to weekly private lessons.
It works well for golfers who:
✅ Train regularly but not every week
✅ Want guidance on what to practice and why
✅ Improve best with a mix of in-person and online coaching
Coaching is delivered through a combination of in-person sessions and online feedback, supported by clear practice direction and regular check-ins.
The aim of this plan is to:
1️⃣ Keep improvement moving forward consistently
2️⃣ Make practice time more effective
3️⃣ Avoid long gaps between coaching touchpoints
4️⃣ Provide clarity and confidence between sessions

🟢 Online Coaching
Online coaching is offered through structured coaching bundles, rather than one-off sessions.
This approach allows coaching decisions to be made in context, with time for feedback, practice, and progression, rather than reacting to a single swing video in isolation. Each submission builds on the last, so improvement is guided over time rather than treated as a standalone fix.
Online coaching works particularly well for golfers who:
- Want clear, actionable feedback they can revisit between practices
- Train independently and value structured guidance
- Are supporting in-person lessons with additional feedback
- Prefer flexible coaching without committing to regular in-person sessions
Online coaching is designed to complement both in-person lessons and monthly coaching plans, providing support and clarity between sessions rather than replacing them.
🔵 In-Person Lessons (Pay-as-You-Go)
In-person lessons are available for golfers who prefer a pay-as-you-go approach or want to work on a specific area of their game.
These sessions are best suited to:
- Specific technical changes
- Short-term goals
- Isolated issues
In-person lessons are booked directly via ProAgenda and focus on making the biggest impact in the session itself.
For golfers looking for ongoing improvement, structure, and accountability, a monthly coaching plan or online coaching bundle will usually provide better long-term support.
🆘 Which Option Is Right for You?
If you’re unsure whether in-person lessons, online coaching, or a monthly coaching plan are the best fit, you can book a free consultation and I’ll help you choose the right option based on:
- How often you train
- Your current level
- The amount of structure and support you want
My aim is always to help you choose the setup that will support your improvement most effectively, not to fit you into a one-size-fits-all model.
Final note:
Progress in golf doesn’t come from collecting lessons.
It comes from consistent coaching and purposeful practice.
That’s the foundation of how I work.
