About the coach
I want to help you hit bombs off the tee, out drive your friends and have more fun playing the game of golf. I have multiple plans for those who want to take a deep dive into speed and distance training all custom built and tailored for you. My goals are always oriented with your best interest in mind, when it comes to speed specifically there is no one size fits all approach. We are all different head to toe, we have different tendencies, available time, movement capabilities and i could go on and on, but the reality is you can get faster and longer we just have to go over what works best for you. What to expect- A swing analysis will entail a swing breakdown with voiceover of what I can see from face on and down the line(instructions on how to and exact angles will be sent over) then I will make a video specifically for yourself on what I would like you to work on and feels to mimic. A single live video session would be us going through your swing in real-time and having discussions through the process of what is happening, why it is happening and how we can further your progress after we are done, you will get example drills with a custom video from myself on your next steps to improvement. Subscribers will have 2 sessions a month with swing analysis, voiceovers as well as zoom sessions, and a full in detail plan of what to do with your speed and distance journey, ball counts, speed days, rest and recovery practices, and how to blend it all together to make the absolute best of our time spent together. The 3+18 weeks of training, you will reduce a intake form to be filled out in best detail as possible, the more information I can gather the better of a plan I can build, we are trying to grow that engine of the swing(to get the best out of it) while avoiding potential injury and living your healthier while enjoying the game even more than you already do. The training is a 3 phase 6 weeks at a time, phase 1 is building strength and mobility. Phase 2 is power based, aka learning to move faster, Phase 3 is where we really push that bigger engine you have built for an all out attack on speed. The live zoom sessions are set to one every 6 weeks.
