About the coach

Hello!

My name is Rushi Oza and I am a PGA Member and the Director of Instruction at Highland Creek Golf Club in Charlotte, NC. I work with all skill level golfers, spanning from new golfers to competitive amateurs to aspiring and current touring professionals.

I have spent the last 10+ years teaching and coaching and have had the pleasure of being personally mentored by world renowned instructor Jim McLean.

My teaching style and philosophy are based on addressing students goals (both short term and long term), understanding their golf history, any physical limitations, tracking detailed stats from rounds and then planning out a specific game plan to reach milestones and their ultimate end goal.

One of THE main issues golfers have is not knowing why things happen and how to practice in a manner in which the skills can be transferred to the course. My goal is to ensure you have a clear understanding of the picture and a road map to practice efficiently to see results.




What do online lessons look like?

1. Submit your swings whether you are on the range, in your garage hitting into a net, in your living room or traveling in a hotel, the beauty of online coaching is you can send a swing from anywhere!

2. Receive an analysis of your swing with prescribed drills

3. Implement your practice plan that is specific to you

4. Achieve your goal
