My coaching philosophy is rooted in the lessons I learned as a student-athlete — that real progress comes from consistency, accountability, and a genuine commitment to showing up every day. I know firsthand what it takes to push through challenges, and I bring that same competitive drive and high standard to every session I lead. I believe every athlete is different and unique. My job is to meet you where you are, understand your goals, and build a tailored program that fits your play style. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, I'm here to communicate clearly, push you purposefully, and celebrate every win along the way. I want every client to leave each session feeling good about themselves — not just physically, but mentally too. That's what Training with Starks is all about.
