My background of not only swing coaching, but golf fitness and 3D swing biomechanics gives me many avenues to improve someone’s game. My goal is to find the secret in unlocking your potential. I try to make things as simple to understand, but also like to find out what someone is doing and why they are doing it. I prefer diagnosing the issue and then finding several ways to address it. No one drill is best for every person, and it’s important every student understands what we want to do, how to best address it, and fully believes in what we are doing. Understanding how the body moves and potential physical limitations in a swing can make a huge difference. Trying to produce a move you cannot physically perform is going to create even worse problems. I will, upon request, give exercise recommendations and can provide golf specific workouts. Justin has such an easy and simplistic approach that helps me to process the complexities of my swing to where I can then implement the necessary changes. He doesnt over complicate things and he takes things in small steps. Have really enjoyed and benefited from our sessions.
