1 Lesson- One time zoom call describing the film sent to me. The better the film you send, the better I will be able to help. During the call we will discuss mechanics, approach, and how to execute a better game plan going forward.
- Detailed film analysis that will be sent to you via the Skillest app. You will be able to view this video as a constant reference to remember what we discussed on the call.
- Drill to discuss the issue at hand. One issue will be addressed per lesson, along with the drill to work on this. A video description of the drill will be attached to reference in the future.
Essential Foundations Plan (Youth)
Unlimited Lessons- For players 7th grade and under, this plan will build the foundation you need to become a great player and have a great future ahead.
- This plan will include a program for you fully customized to you and your needs, and where you stand as a player. Drills, plans, and 2x monthly zoom calls included.
- Film review and instructional drill videos will be included. For youth players, understanding how they naturally move is essential. Combining how they move, with correctional drills to give them the best chance of success will build the foundation they need.
Next Level Monthly Development Plan
Unlimited Lessons- If you want to invest in your development and get to the next level, this is the program for you. Program includes: Fully personalized scheduled program, with sets and reps of drills customized to your needs, based on all film sent to me. Detailed analysis of the film sent, is also included and can be discussed via Zoom.
- Twice monthly zoom calls to check in on progress, ask any questions, and have open conversations about how we are progressing together. This is an extremely valuable resource for your development, as you can ask any questions about reaching the next level.
- Program will be based on what resources you have access to, what your goals are, the level you are at, and your strengths and weaknesses. This will also include methods of testing your progress, and workouts to progress towards these goals.
