Teaching Philosophy
My approach to coaching is built on one simple belief: real improvement comes from understanding your swing. I blend deep technical knowledge of the golf swing with a clear, structured method that gives you precise, actionable feedback you can actually take to the course. My goal is to make sure you always know what you're working on and why. I follow the swing from set-up through post-impact — every position, every key move — so that nothing is left to guesswork. I believe in building a repeatable, confident game that holds up when it matters most.
About the coach
I'm a professional golfer and online golf coach from Scotland, with over 15 years of experience playing and studying the game at an elite level.
I hold three Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certifications — Level 1, Golf 2, and Power 2 — which underpin my ability to connect physical movement patterns to technical swing outcomes. My coaching is detailed, structured, and built around video analysis, helping players see exactly what's happening in their swing and giving them the clearest possible roadmap to improvement.
I've completed over 5,500 online lessons, and I'm committed to delivering the same high standards of feedback to every student I work with, regardless of level. If you're serious about improving your golf, I'd love to work with you.
