Hi everybody! Bonjour à toutes et à tous!

I am JF and welcome to my Skillest page! I currently teach and coach a variety of learners from beginners to recreational golfers, elite juniors, top level amateurs, professionals and all ability players.

1. You are a player looking for a coach that can help you get results.
My knowledge of human movement (biomechanics and motor learning) and my understanding of possible movement limitations that you might face help me to address and develop a personalized improvement plan built on your needs. Also, I have a very human and personable approach. Every learner is important to me, may you be a beginner or a more advanced player. My objective is to help you perform to the best of your ability through a simple and progressive approach.

2. You are a a new or developing golf professional and you seek support in relation to becoming a better teacher-coach in relation to: a) program development and lesson planning; b) skill analysis (biomechanics and motor learning); and c) developing efficient post lesson practice plans.

I have spent my whole professional career as teacher and coach educator. If you are seeking assistance in development these various aspects important to your evolution as a teacher-coach, I can help!
