Hello golfers! Former collegiate golfer turned coach who is also a certified personal trainer with multiple golf fitness certifications. I’ve been working with golfers for over 10 years teaching them more about their body, their swing, and how to keep the two working together in a way that is understandable and repeatable.

Whether you are a mechanical geek (like me) and want to know all about the 9 positions of the golf swing, or you are looking for simpler terms and call yourself more of a “feelsy” player, I’d love to talk shop and find the perfect fit for your swing and your game.
