About the coach

Hello!
My name is Dylan Crowley and I am a teaching and playing professional primarily based in California and New York.

I played amateur and collegiate golf at St. John’s University in New York where I was a 2-time Big East Champion and NCAA participant. I turned professional in 2016 and have played on PGA Tour Canada, Latin America and various mini tours across the United States.

I began my teaching career in my late college days and into my early playing career as a means of supplementing my finances as I continued to play. I found that as I began to teach more, I was seeing my students improve not only by what we saw in practice but their handicaps lowering. I believe the truest testament of an instructor is their ability to convey the importance of what must be prioritized to improve but also seeing an improvement in their scoring.

I have worked with several notable instructors in my career and have culminated that knowledge into what I believe are the fundamental Blueprint of a great golfer. I don’t teach positions, I don’t teach aesthetics. I teach fundamentals to improvement.

My goal as an instructor has always been the same as being the player: To walk away from an lesson knowing exactly what I’m working on, how it’s going to help me and most importantly, how I can monitor my progress. My goal for you is no different.

Whether it’s mental work, mechanics work, practice drills, course management or schedule planning for your season, I look to be all encompassing as your instructor!

With each lesson, you will walk away with a clear, concise understanding of your golf motion, what the positives are and how we’re going to improve.
