About the coach

Owner Putt 29 Golf. Why Putt 29? Because my ultimate goal for every student is for them to average 29 putts per round or fewer! Specialist putting coach helping golfers of all skill levels. Chris has given 1,000+ putting lessons and putter fittings during the past 12 years. I teach a putting method that helps golfers reduce the rotation of the putter head and hit their intended start line more consistently. Accredited and Certified putting instructor & fitter by Quintic Sports, Edel, Fine Tuned, Ping, Odyssey, Bettinardi, Evnroll and others. Lessons include providing students a thorough review & diagnostics of their current putting stroke, clear explanations of current and future desired state, and providing a path forward to improve fundamentals including set-up, technique, drills, putting aids, and quantifying results. I am very accessible and love to follow up with my students to ensure progress is being made. Coaching putting is my absolute passion. I love seeing golfers improve, hole more putts and enjoy the game to their fullest. Chris is also a golf coach for the Friends University men’s golf team which finished 10th in the NAIA national tournament in 2024.
