I am a PGA of Canada Golf Professional, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and TPI Level 3 Fitness expert passionate about helping golfers reach their full potential. With a background in Kinesiology, and continued education from well known instructors I will deliver personalized coaching that drives real results. I focus on skill acquisition & motor learning principles, and develop customized training programs designed to unlock each golfer’s unique strengths. I’m deeply committed to helping every student improve faster, play better, and enjoy the game more than ever.

Working with Alex has been game changing. During in person lessons, he is engaged and encouraging. I am able to see improvements from lesson to lesson. Online, Im able to upload videos at any time and receive feedback as he breaks down my swing. He has also been great in coaching me through my workouts, giving me functional exercises that are helping me to improve my flexibility, rotation, and power. This guy is the real deal and is making all the difference in my golf game.

Alex has gone above and beyond my expectations ever since I started working with him this year. Hes willing to analyze my swing videos whenever I need and provides great feedback in an easy to understand way.
