About the coach
I am a Class A Master Teaching Professional certified by the Professional Golf Teachers Association of America (PGTAA). There is so much information available and so many theories espoused that it can all become very confusing. The amateur golfer is left to sort through the wash and find what works, and it can sometimes feel akin to looking for the proverbial “needle in a haystack.” I have a strong interest in developing others. I taught computer maintenance for several years while in the Navy. After my tour of duty ended, I led a team of instructors/curriculum developers working as a Department of Defense contractor. I enjoy teaching, and I enjoy golf and have found my passion in combining the two in a meaningful pursuit. I look forward to sharing my 50 years of playing experience and my many years of teaching experience to help you sift through the avalanche of information, find what works for you and improve your golf.
