Alden and Colby got me down from a 12 to a 6 in a year then I thought I could go it alone without their help (I was wrong) and am now up to an 8. I've started back with them and my goal is to work the plan they have given me and try to get down to a 4 before June. They know what they're doing and are able to give me simple things to work on that end up fixing several issues without thinking about them
